| a very simple rod with a about a 1.5" slot at the end. You feed in a strip of sand paper or emery cloth and wind it around to the diameter that best suits the hole your working on. If it gets clogged you just tear off the exposed edge to reveal the fresh layer underneath. It worked quickly on the lower plenum and the chances of doing damage by over doing it is low compared to a burr. I was using 60 grit to start with but went finer as I got close to the finished product.
